Our outfits are all made to order and take 4-5 months to create for each customer. We recommend booking your appointment around 6 months before your wedding. If you have less time than that please get in touch as we may be able to accommodate if fabric stock allows.

Of course! Let us know in the notes section when making your booking and we can extend your time slot to 3 hours so you both have enough time to try everything on.
Just yourself! If there is an item you want to base your outfit around then feel free to bring it with you. It can also be helpful to wear nude colour underwear as it can be distracting when wearing white coloured clothing. We have shoes available at the studio you can try on for height.
Yes, photos can be a great tool to remember what you have tried on. Just remember that if your friends aren’t a professional photographer they wont be a true the best representation of you or the outfit.
We have all our styles available in a range of sizes from UK 8 - 20. We do not have every single size available to try but we can clip and pin the samples so you can get a close representation of what the outfit will look like once made. When booking your appointment please let us know your usual size and we can make sure we have the correct samples at the studio. If you are not sure what size you are, please see our size chart.
Absolutely! If you drop us a message before your appointment we can set up a tripod for you to use.
As many as you like! But, be aware that if you want to try both separates and jumpsuits there are a lot of options so you will need to be a little time conscious.
If you cant find an appointment time that works for you via our booking system please get in touch and we will try our best to arrange it for you.
You can cancel/reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before and get a full refund. Follow the link in your booking confirmation email to do so.
Our appointments are 1.5hours and include a complimentary glass of Prosecco for you and your guests. You will have a private 1-1 appointment with one of our friendly team at our east London studio. This will automatically be reduced off the price of your outfit if you decide to purchase from us.
Our studio is based in ‘Make it Bow’ a repurposed print factory on the 1st floor. We have a service lift with step free access, please let us know if you require access prior to you appointment so we can point you in the right direction on the day.
Yes! Everything on our website is available to buy. We do sometime discontinue styles if we can no longer source the fabric. If you’ve seen something of ours that is not on our website please get in touch for more information.
Our appointments are held at our working studio so for the safety of your pets we do not allow them at any of your appointments.

We offer a ‘made to measure service’ for all our designs! Most people will need some kind of alteration on their outfits. With the made to measure service we take care of everything. Your outfit is made to your specific measurements and we offer 2 rounds of fit alterations all for a one off fee of £320.

Yes absolutely! Whether you want to add a sleeve, lengthen or shorten tops or swap fabrics we can make it happen with our ‘Made to Measure’ service.

Once we have your measurements it usually takes about 3 fittings to ensure a perfect fit. Our outfits take 4-5months to create, if you are limited in availability for fittings please bare that in mind when planning your purchase.
We can take your measurements at the latest 4 months before your wedding. Once we take your measurements we allow for a 5% fluctuation.
Yes! We have made outfits for customers who live far away before. We will advise you on how to send over accurate measurements. We will then make your outfit accordingly and ship it to you. Please bear in mind you may still require alterations but they should be minor.
That’s great! We offer a Bespoke service where you can create your dream outfit with us. You will have a 1-1 appointment with our designer who will discuss all the details and options with you. A sketch will then be drawn up for you before we continue with the process.
We have a range fabric available at our studio for you to view and we can also source something different for you. Prices start at £2000. For more info send us an email with your ideas and we can get the ball rolling!
Depending on which design you want we can offer alternative colours. Some of our fabric suppliers offer a great colour range, If the colour you want isn’t available we may be able to source a similar fabric. If you let us know before coming for your appointment that you are interested in alternative colours we can have some swatches ready to show you.
Once you have decided on your outfit we require a non-refundable 50% deposit, This ensures we schedule your outfit in time for your wedding and order in fabrics. The remaining 50% is payable once your outfit is ready to take away.
We accept most major card companies. We can take payment either in person or online via a payment link.
When you collect your outfit from us we will provide a garment bag and hanger. We suggest hanging your outfit until the big day. You may need to steam your outfit in case of any creasing during transportation. Do not iron your outfit, instead use any steamer available, just make sure it is clean before use.
Yes we offer next day delivery within the UK for £25. Worldwide shipping also available. Your outfit will be carefully packed in acid free tissue paper and in House of Ollichon box.
Every single one of our outfits are made with love in London by our small in house team.
Underwear choice is very important! We always recommend wearing nude seamless underwear to get the best look. If there is specific underwear you want to wear please bring it with you on all our fittings to make sure we get the right fit.
All our outfits are dry clean only. If your outfit is made from 100% silk and has particularly bad staining we recommend finding a silk specialist.
We love when customer want to wear their outfits again! We offer post wedding alterations, drop us an email with what you need doing and we will send you a quote.
Nothing makes us happier! It makes our day seeing your wonderful wedding photos. Drop us an email with your wedding photos or gallery link. Don’t forget to let us know who your photographer was so we can credit them!
